微分方程数值解在连续铸造中的应用模型

摘    要:通过理论推导,建立了连续铸铁管凝固过程传热微分方程,用差分法求解取得了满意结果,最后用最小二乘回归求出固液界面的等温线方程.通过该模型可以方便地求出连续铸铁管的凝固时间、凝固层厚度及深度、内外壁凝固速度差.

Abstract:A diffierential equation is derived to express the heat transfer in the solidification process in continuous iron-pipe casting,and it is solved satisfactorily by means of numerical difference and methods.Finally an isothermal equation for solid-liquid interface is developed by a method of least square regression.By this model the time required for casting pipe solidification,thickness of solidifying layer,solidification depth and the difference of solidification rate between inner and outer walls can all be determined easily.
