界面聚合法制备微胶囊化阻燃剂的研究

摘    要:研究了界面聚合法制备微胶囊化阻燃剂时,Span 80用量、乳化时间、搅拌速度等因素对微胶囊粒径大小及分布的影响规律,结果表明:Span80用量为4%、乳化时间为30min、搅拌速度为1200r/min时得到的产品最佳.

Abstract:The rules were studied for the influences of factors such as Span 80 dosage, emulsifying time, stirring speed on the microcapsule particle size and granularity distribution in the prepn, of microcapsule flame retardant by interfacial polymerization process. The results showed that the product was optimized with Span 80 dosage of 4%, emulsifying time of 30 rain and stirrina speed of 1 200 r/min.
