泌浅10断块蒸汽驱整体调剖堵窜技术应用研究

摘    要:泌浅10区是河南油田稠油开发由蒸汽吞吐转蒸汽驱的第一个整体区块,该区块油层埋藏浅、胶结疏松,纵向及平面上非均质性严重等因素,经过多年的高强度蒸汽吞吐,汽窜变得更加频繁,严重制约了开发方式的转换。同时由于河南油田稠油油藏夹层薄,不易机械卡封,普通调剖堵窜在封堵汽窜通道的同时又极易污染中低渗透层。为此研究了整体调剖堵窜技术,该技术利用颗粒堵剂架桥原理,通过优化施工工艺,对中低渗透层进行暂堵保护,在地层深部对高渗透汽窜通道进行封堵,从而启动潜力层。通过对堵剂的配方优化、性能评价、配伍性研究等,设计了适合该区块的堵剂配方、施工参数及施工工艺,通过现场实施,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:BQ 10 block is the first integrated block transferred from steam stimulation to steam drive in Henan heavy oil de-velopment,the block reservoir is buried in shallow,with cemented loose,vertical and plane heterogeneity and other fac-tors.
