金银花中绿原酸的质量分数测定

摘    要:针对宁夏金银花引种地实验检测条件较落后的状况,采用高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法对金银花中绿原酸质量分数进行分析.以φ=95%的乙醇做提取剂,蒸馏提取绿原酸;用紫外分光光度计于330nm处进行测定,与中国药典规定的高效液相色谱检测方法无显著差异.实验表明:宁夏固原原州区金银花中绿原酸平均含w=5.10%,宁夏贺兰山东麓金银花中绿原酸平均含w=4.77%,均高于国家药典规定药用金银花绿原酸最低质量分数,表明宁夏引种区的土壤、气候条件适宜种植金银花;且紫外分光光度法方便、快速及设备简单,非常适用于检测手段相对较差的宁夏引种区金银花产品的质量测定.

Abstract:In order to set up an easy and effective method of determining chlorogenic acid content in Ningxia honeysuckle,ethanol distillation extraction-ultraviolet spectrophotometry was compared with methanol extraction-HPLC. The study showed that 95%ethanol distillation extraction-ultraviolet spectrophotometry was a suitable method for chlorogenic acid content determination in local lab. This method is convenient, quick and accurate in quality control of Ningxia honeysuckle. Determination results presented chlorogenic acid in Guyuan was 5.10%and 4.77%in the eastern Helan mountain area,which were higher than that given in China Pharmacopoeia. It is feasible to introduce and plant honeysuckle in Ningxia.
