摘    要:常规机械设计把荷载简化成静止不动 ,与大多数机械失效不符合。可靠性设计方法把荷载、材料力学性能、零部件尺寸等设计参数 ,作为有分散性的统计变量 ,经概要推导给出计算公式 ;通过静载作用下的算例 ,用对比法说明可靠性设计方法优于常规设计方法。如反复进行可靠性计算 ,可得到可靠耐用的最佳结构 ,它是优化设计的一个主要组成部分

Abstract:In normal mechanical design loads are always simplified to static, which does not agree to most situations of mechanical failure With regarding to loading mechanical properties of materials and dimensions of compounds as the random variables in reliability design, some necessary formulae can be derived by the method of mathematical statistics. Under the static loading, the comparisons of examples show that the reliability design is better than normal design As repeated calculating of reliability, the optimal reliable and endurable structures can be obtained.
