| 摘 要： | 以邻苯二甲酰亚胺为起始原料经过硝化、还原、环合、Sandmeyer反应合成5-氰基苯酞,其结构经1HNMR、13CNMR、MS确定.总收率达24.5%.

| Abstract: | Starting from the material phthalimide, 5-cyano-phthalide was synthesized via nitration, reduction, carbonyl and Sandmeyer reaction. The structure of the target compound was confirmed by ^13CNMR, ^1HNMR,MS. And the overall yield was 24.5%. |
