绿色节能技术在HN公司综合办公楼的设计与应用

绿色能源技术最大限度地节约资源（节能、节地、节水、节材）、保护环境和减少污染，为人们提供健康、适用和高效的使用空间。本文以HN公司办公楼为例，通过绿色建筑设计单位参与的设计，在有限的投资成本下，优化出一套有效的绿色建筑设计方案，以最大限度节约和高效利用能源，实现建设节能率达到50%，可再生能源利用率100%（生活热水量），非传统水源利用率达到31.37%，达到一星级绿色建筑的标准，为地区绿色建筑的推广提供借鉴和学习。

Design and Application of Green Energy Saving Technology in HN Company Office Building

Green energy technology can maximal y save resources （energy saving, land saving, water saving, materials saving）, protect the environment and reduce pol ution, provide health, application and efficient use of space for the people. This paper takes HN company office building as an example, through the design of green building participated by design units, in the limited investment cost, optimize a set of effective green building design, in order to maximize the conservation and efficient use of energy, realize the construction of energy-saving rate reached 50%, renewable energy utilization rate is 100%（hot water）, non traditional water utilization rate reached 31.37%, achieved a star green building standards, provides a reference and learning for the promotion of green building.
