浅谈低碳城市发展规划

低碳城市建设已经成为很多城市的规划目标，科学的城市规划是建设低碳城市的第一步。本文主要对低碳城市的内涵定义和现如今低碳城市规划发展现状进行了研究，对低碳城市发展规划的基本特征进行了分析总结，提出了城市建设总体思路及合理对策。
