| 摘 要： | 本文从深厚的人文底蕴、规整的街道环境、紧凑的建筑布局、独特的历史沿革三个方面,分析了天津原日租界地区的风貌。通过对现状的调查,总结了近代建筑遗产在保护与利用方面的问题,提出了更加优化的建议。
