用高锰酸钾浮选分离铅锌硫化矿

摘    要:将高锰酸钾作为抑制剂,采用先选铅后选锌、先选硫化矿后选氧化矿的优先浮选流程分离连城铅锌矿,当原矿含铅2.74%、锌3.84%时,可获得含铅72.50%、锌4.05%的铅精矿,含锌52.16%、铅1.31%的锌精矿,铅精矿和锌精矿的回收率分别为83.40%和86.56%。

Abstract:Differential flotation separation is applied to the treatment of Liancheng Lead-Zinc ores, using potassium permanganate as a depressant. When run-of-mill ores contain 2.7% Pb artd 3.84%Zn, a Pb concentrate assaying 72.5% Pb and 4.05% Zn and a Zinc concentrate assaying 52.16% Zn and 1.31%b Pb can be obtained with a recovery of 83.40% Pb and 86.56% Zn, respectively.
