摘    要:对拉丝机循环水质稳定性进行控制,可有效防止卷筒内壁产生锈蚀和水垢,从而保证拉丝机具有良好的冷却效果及稳定的性能和生产能力。介绍测量循环冷却水中总磷含量的原理和分析方法。利用线性回归法绘制工作曲线,采用分光光度法测量循环冷却水的吸光度,根据测量的吸光度从工作曲线上可查出相对应的试样总磷含量,由此计算出循环冷却水样中总磷含量。预应力钢绞线循环冷却水中总磷的控制指标应为4~6 mg/L,分析频率控制在1次/24 h,当总磷小于控制指标时,适当增加缓蚀阻垢剂用量,反之则减少缓蚀阻垢剂用量。

Abstract:To control the stability of wire drawing machine circulating cooling water can keep block internal wall from corrosion and scale, which can guarantee wire drawing machine has good cooling effect, stable properlies and output. The prinoiple and analyzing method of determinating total phosphorus content in circulating cooling water is introduced. Working curve is drawn by using linear regression method. Absorbency in circulating cooling water is determined by adopting spectrophotometry. Corresponding sample total phosphorus content is found out according to measuring absorbency and the total phosphorus content in circulating cooling water sample is calculated. The control index of total phosphorus in circulating cooling water for prestressed steel strand should be 4 - 6 mg/L, analyzing frequency is controlled one time per 24 hours. When total phosphorus is lower than control index, otherwise the amount of corrosion inhibition antisludging agent can be reduced.
