驻波型双接触面直线超声电机的动态设计

摘    要:介绍了一种双接触面驻波型直线超声电机的工作原理,并利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其振子进行了动态设计。样机利用两个相同振子组成一个动子,构成双接触面驱动,从而获得较大的驱动力。利用振子的三阶和五阶弯曲模态工作,可实现直线超声电机的正反向运动。

Abstract:In this paper,the operating principle of a standing wave linear USM with double-contact surfaces is proposed and the dynamic design of the vibrator is analyzed utilizing the software of ANSYS. The prototype of USM is developed.The slider of USM is consisted of two same vibrators in the proto- type,in which has double-contact surfaces drive,so high driving power can be obtained.Linear move- ments back and forth are realized using flexural modes of B_3 and B_5 respectively.
