| 摘 要： | 应用质量统计分析法，在家用空调器雏修过程中通过对一定量数据的收集、分析和处理，包括现状调查、原因分析、要因验证和确认等过程，最后找出空调器故障的主要原因。把质量统计分析法与空调维修技术结合起来，是提高维修质量和效率的有益尝试。

| Abstract: | In the process of the household air conditioner repairing, applied the quality of statistical analysis method to collect, analyze and process a certain amount of data, including the process of investigation, analysis, verification, validation and so on, can find out the main fault of air conditioner. Put the quality statistical analysis method and air conditioning maintenance technology together can improve the quality and efficiency of the maintenance. |
