摘    要:基于分析和总结圆网印花机多电机同步控制的发展历史和过程,目的是为下一代圆网传动技术创新总结相关经验和准备相关理论。采用比对的方法,总结和比较出三代圆网印花机多电机同步控制系统中的控制方式的异同。如今的圆网印花机传动系统通常由同步控制系统来控制多台电机,电机间的运行状态相互联系即实现同步运行。得出结论:企业对设备的自动化程度要求越来越高,特别是网络通信技术的快速发展,生产企业对设备的控制网络和企业信息网络之间的无缝连接也提出了更高的要求。

Abstract:Base on development history and process of rotary screen printing machine analyzed and summarized, Multi- motor controlled generally by synchronized control system, on the propose of summing up correlative experiences and preparing correlative theories for the next-generation rotary screen printing machine. To apply measure of comparison, which conclude and tell the different between three generations about rotary screen printing machine on multi-motor controlled generally by synchronized control system. Nowadays, in the transmission system of the rotary screen printing machine, Multi-motor controlled generally by synchronized control system, running state among motors affect each other, which can communicate each other, implement synchronized running. It comes to the conclusion that now with the rapid development of network communication technology, the enterprise become to require the control network and enterprise information network connected seamless.
