This paper detailed the driver development of the cPCI bus based instruction communication card, which can achieve I/O communication and basic timing function. This driver hasperfectly achieved I/O accessing and setting, and interrupt function. The driver has passed hardware self-test. The instruction communication card can be used to trigger flight control unit and receive instruction data from it.
