大学英语教学网站功能评价指标赋权研究

随着信息技术的快速发展，许多大学建立英语教学网站，对网站功能评价始终是决策者的难题，确定评价指标体系权重是评价的基础性工作，本文运用G1法进行研究。在阐述层次分析法计算权重存在的问题以及G1法优点的基础上，进行了三方面研究：一是研究大学英语教学网站功能，根据功能确定评价指标体系；二是通过具体步骤构建G1法计算权重的数学模型；三是运用数学模型计算评价指标权重。结果表明，用G1法计算权重，具有计算简单、直观、对指标个数没有限制等优点，由于序关系完全表达了专家的意愿，其结果也完全值得信赖。

Research on function evaluation index weight determining of college English teaching websit

With the rapid development of information technology, many universities have established English teaching website. Evaluate its function is always the problem of decision-makers, and the basic work is to determine the evaluation index system weight, this paper studies with G1 method. On the basic of described AHP calculate weight problems and the advantages of G1 Method, researches the three studies： First studies the function of college English teaching website, determines the evaluation index system according to the function; Second, builds math model with the concrete steps to construct G1 method to calculate the weights; Third, calculates evaluation index weights with math model. The results show that calculating weight with G1 method has the advantages of calculations simple, intuitive, no limit on the number of indicators, etc., because the order relation fully expressed experts wishes, the results are also completely worth trust.
