舰炮变频器故障快速判读与分析系统设计

摘    要:变频器作为舰炮数字交流随动系统驱动控制部件,故障的判读和处理是舰炮实操人员的技术难点。系统采用TCS230颜色传感器检测封装在柜内变频器的报警/故障LED灯显变化,并以STC12C5A60S2单片机为核心处理单元,编码LED灯显组合为调用的故障信息库地址,通过QY1286HZ1液晶模块以中文方式输出变频器故障信息,实现了舰炮武器实装变频器故障的快速判读。

Abstract:Transducer as the control component of a digital ac servo system for Naval Gun, Interpretation and analysis of its failure is technological difficulty in field personnel. The system uses color sensor TCS230 to detect the variation of LED alarm/fault of packaged transducer,with STC12C5A60S2 as the core processing unit,and with LED display combined coding as the called fault information base address.Through LCD module QY1286HZl,the Fault information of transducer can be outputted in Chinese way, fault fast interpretation of transducer for naval gun is achieved.
