移相全桥DC/DC变换器的设计与研究

摘    要:随着电力电子技术的不断成熟,为了开关电源朝着重量轻、体积小、高频化、高效率的方向发展,文章采用软开关技术来使开关管实现零电压开通或零电流关断,从而提高了效率,减小了电磁干扰。同时发现,带饱和电感的移相全桥DC/DC变换器不仅可以更好的实现零电压开关,而且可以减小占空比的丢失。

Abstract:With the continuously advance of power electronics technology, to make the switching power supply light weight, small size, high frequency and high efficiency, the soft-switching technology is used, which makes the switching tub realize zero-voltage turn- on or zero-current turn-off, thus the efficiency was improved, and the electromagnetic interference was reduced. At the same time, it is found that the phase-shifted full-bridge DC/DC converter with saturated inductance can not only better achieve zero-voltage switching, but also reduce the loss of duty cycle.
