摘    要:文章综述了膜生物反应器(MBR)运行过程中膜污染影响因素的研究现状和进展。膜污染会导致膜通量下降、系统运行成本增加等问题,是限制MBR进一步发展的瓶颈。从膜元件固有性质、膜分离操作条件以及活性污泥混合液性状等3个方面,分析了影响膜污染发展的主要因素,论述了各因素与膜污染的具体关系。各因素之间互相作用,直接或间接影响膜污染,其中膜材质、膜孔径、膜通量、曝气量、污泥组分、粒径分布(PSD)、胞外聚合物(EPS)、溶解性微生物产物(SMP)等为重要影响因素。

Abstract:The progress of influence factors on membrane fouling in membrane bioreactor(MBR) was reviewed.Membrane fouling and its consequences in terms of decreasing flux and increasing operating cost were the bottleneck problems which blocked the widespread application of MBR.The main influence factors were analyzed from such three aspects as membrane inherent properties,operational parameters of membrane separation and mixed activated sludge liquor characteristics.The relationships between those influence factors and membrane fouling were also discussed.Those factors affected each other and brought direct or indirect influence to membrane fouling,of which the membrane material,membrane pore size,membrane flux,aeration rate,sludge fraction,particle size distribution(PSD),extracellular polymeric substance(EPS) and soluble microbial products(SMP),etc.were the most important influence factors.
