摘    要:在一维沉降炉上进行了煤粉高温燃烧时NOx排放特性的沿程分析,系统考察了煤粉高温燃烧时NOx排放的影响因素。试验表明,NOx生成和径向分布与炉内温度、煤粉细度、给粉量、煤种、二次风温、一二次风比值及过量空气系数等有密切关系。通过NOx排放的沿程分析研究,对采取低NOx燃烧技术的电站锅炉选取合适的运行参数有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The study of NOx emission of coal powder along boiler in high temperature combustion is carried out in one-dimension subsiding furnace. The factors influencing formation and distributing of NOx are discussed. Experiments show that the amount and the distributing of NOx emanation depend intimately on the furnace temperature, the quantity of coal powder, coal category, the temperature of the secondary air, the ratio of primary air and secondary air, excess air factor etc. There is some action on selecting appropriate parameters of some boiler with NOx control technology.
