| 摘 要： | 针对自动纸箱包装机工艺的特点和控制要求，采用PCC和ACOPOS伺服电机进行包装控制，并采用多电机同步伺服技术、触摸屏操作和快速成型技术，使包装纸箱的生产实现了智能自动化。实际生产结果证明，该方案可以满足厂方要求的各项指标，可靠地实现了自动化装箱包装过程，并提高了生产水平和经济效益。该方案为实现纸箱包装自动化提供了良好的基础。
