内燃机振动信号的混沌分形特性研究

摘    要:运用分形及混沌理论对实测的内燃机各种振动信号进行了分析,计算了信号的Lyapnov指数及关维数。结果表明,缺盖振动混沌与确定性共存,而缸套,机身振动则为混沌振动,信号的关联维数可作为气阀机构诊断的一个诊断特征量。

Abstract:WT5BZ]Vibration signals measured on cylinder head,cylinder and block of a diesel engine have been analyzed with fractal and chaos theory,Correlation dimensions of the vibration signals are computed and applied to describe the nonlinear behavior of the engine in the different fault conditions of the valve train.The Lyapnov exponents of the vibration signals are worked out.The results show that chaotic and determined features exist together in cylinder head vibration,while the cylinder vibration and block vibration are both purely chaotic.It also shows that correlation dimensions of the vibration signals are feasible for diagnosis for the valve train.
