摘    要:介绍了一种影像测量仪上用的三环四区程控LED灯源控制系统.首先阐述了灯源的基本结构和灯源控制要求,针对控制需求开发了采用单片机AT89C51作为下位机的灯源电气控制电路,控制系统与计算机采用串口进行通讯,在此基础上编写了灯源的控制程序.上位机控制程序在C++builder环境中实现,其主要是设计对应的操作界面,控制计算机串口给控制电路发信息,单片机端的下位机程序,主要是接受串口信息,并根据信息对对应的LED功放电路进行控制.控制程序集成到影像仪软件后,对典型工件进行了测量.测量结果表明该灯源成像效果好,对工件的适应性强,并且控制程序的可移植性强.

Abstract:In this paper,The electrical control system of a programmable ring lamp with three rings and four sections on vision measuring machine were introduced.Firstly the basic structure of the lamp was presented and the control requirement were introduced.AT89C51 was selected as the controlling center in the electronics control board.We use serial port as the communication way between the computer and the control circuit.The human interface software was developed in the C++ builder environment.It was designed to send the suitable information to the AT89C51.The program in the was designed to execute the lamp controlling information which was gotten by the serial port.Finally,after this lamp was equipped on the vision measuring machine,The image acquisition test had been done by selecting some typical workpiece.The result show that vision measuring machine can get more clear image and measure the object with complicated shape.Another advantage is that the lamp controlling software can be more easily transplanted.
