摘    要:钨酸铵生产过程中产生大量的废水,如不进行处理直接排放,则会污染环境并造成水资源的浪费。本文以某5000t/a钨酸铵项目为例,针对其生产废水水质,提出针对性的治理及废水回用方案。本项目实施后,每年可减少12.6万m^3工业污水的排放,还可回收硫酸钠2870t,是实现水资源可持续发展的有效途径。关键词:钨酸铵;萃取法;生产废水;废水处理;废水回用

Abstract:A great deal of wastewater are created during ammonium tungstate production, if it is discharged directly without any treatment, the water would pollute the environment and waste the water resource. This text takes a 5000 t/a ammonium tungstate project for example, contrapose the quality of created wastewater to propose the pertinence treatment and wastewater recycling utilization scheme. After this project is carried out, 126,000 m^3 industrial wastewater will be reduced each year and also could reclaim sodium sulfate 2870t, which is an effective way to achieve the water resource sustained development.
