摘    要:本文介绍了用振动滚压加工新工艺方法对特殊材料且形状复杂零件表面的超精加工,探讨了润滑剂、压力、工艺参数(频率、振幅、进给量等)对获得的表面粗糙度的影响,本文指出:该技术可以缩短加工周期,改善零件的表面质量,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:This paper presentsa new technigue-supper finish machining with vibra- ting and rolling which can be used in the precision work of parts made of special stainless steel and consisting of complex surface. After testing, we researched on the relativlties of lubricant, pressure, technology parameter(freguency. amplitude and feed) and smooth finish, of the surface obtained in machining. It is proved useful to use the new technigue in supper finish machining as decreasing machining period and improving quality of surface.
