中厚板水幕冷却专家系统

针对水幕冷却系统钢板机械性能不能在线检测、控冷钢板品种多样、精确的数学模型难以确定、需要吸收工艺专家的经验知识等复杂特性,系统采用专家系统技术,充分吸收工艺专家的经验和知识,把工艺专家不精确的经验知识进行定量化,进行知识表示,并存储于计算机中。以知识库为基础,运用一定的推理策略,对冷却制度进行设定,以专家的形式对工艺过程进行指导。
