电流处理对Al-Si合金定向凝固组织的影响

摘    要:通过对不同种Al-Si合金所进行的不同拉伸速度、改变合金成分以及对不同成分合金施加交流电处理的定向凝固,研究了在上述不同工艺条件下Al-Si合金定向凝固组织的变化.结果表明,拉伸速度为3mm/min时定向凝固现象最明显,硅含量和电流处理对晶体生长方式有较大的影响,并分析了拉伸速度、合金成分和电流对Al-Si合金定向凝固组织的影响机理.

Abstract:The directional solidification of Al-Si alloys under different conditions was studied in this paper, and these conditions include different alloy components, different tension velocities and applying alternate current. The experiment results show that the directional solidification phenomenon is most obvious when its tension velocity is 3mm/min, and the Si content has effect on growth mode significantly, so does alternate current treatment. Other more, these influence mechanism were discussed too.
