地面驱动螺杆泵动液面高度控制方法研究

摘    要:在地面驱动螺杆泵采油技术中,动液面高度的变化直接影响到抽油杆柱和螺杆泵的运动和受力状态,是控制螺杆泵稳定工作的主要参数。根据螺杆泵扭矩计算公式,开发了地面驱动扭矩与液面高度分析软件,建立了螺杆 泵动液面高度的控制方法,即由动态监测扭矩值来实时计算动液面高度,并通过调整转速来实施动液面高度控制。经现场5口井应用表明:动液面高度控制误差在±45m内,确保了螺杆泵处于稳定的工作状态,提高了采油 效率。

Abstract:In oil production process of surface driving cavity pump , the change of dynamic liquid level height will directly effect the movement and load state of rod string and screw pump, and it is the main parameters of controlling cavity pump steady. In this paper, according to calculation formula of cavity pump torque, the analysis software of surface driving torque and liquid level height is made up, and the control method of dynamic liquid level height of screw pump is established. Using dynamic monitor torque value can real - time calculate dynamic liquid level height, control of liquid level height is actualized by modulating rotate speed. Through field application in five wells, the control error of dynamic liquid level height is the range of ?45 meter and it can ensure that cavity pump is on the stable work state.
