摘    要:提出曲柄摇杆机构的摇杆摆角具有最小值φmin=2 arcsin(a/ d) ,其机构尺寸 c2 - b2 =d2 - a2 ,并对曲柄摇杆机构的摆角变化作了全面的分析 ,在机构尺度对于摆角的影响上得到了一些有意义的结论

Abstract:The minimum value of the output swing angle of the rocker in a crank and rocker mechanisms is significant since it will determine the characteristic of the motion and the extent of oscillation fluctuation. In this paper the minimum value of swing angle of a crank and rocker mechanism is determined, a complete analysis of the variation of the swing angle is made.The results are useful in mechanical design and mechanism analysis.
