仿树蛙足垫粘性材料制备及其粘附性能

摘    要:利用MEMS加工技术制备了表面具有柔性阵列结构的仿生粘性材料,并选取钛板、铝板、有机玻璃板碧。接磐妻;进行了粘附性能测试。实测结果表明:材料表面微观结构、材料自身性能、接触表面形貌对材料的粘附性能均有影响,粘性材料在钛板表面的法向粘附强度可达5.93×10^-2N/mm^2。

Abstract:Biomimetic viscous material which owns flexible array structure surface was fabricated by micro-electromechanical system(MEMS) technology,adhesion capability was tested on titanium plate, aluminum plate and PMMA plate surface. The results show that surface structure and property of material, contact surface morphology all effect material's adhesion capability,the normal adhesion strength on titanium plate surface can reach 5.93×10^-2N/mm^2.
