摘    要:以四川石棉县某大理石矿山的尾矿经预处理和煅烧所得生石灰为原料,氯化镁为晶型控制剂,采用碳化法制备文石晶须。通过X射线衍射、光学显微镜等分析手段对样品物相组成、微观形貌进行分析。考察了温度、MgCl2浓度及生石灰用量对样品中文石晶体含量和晶须形貌的影响。结果表明:在温度80℃、MgCl2浓度0.2 mol/L、生石灰用量为6 g/L时,可制备得到长度为40~50 μm、直径为2~3 μm、长径比为13~18的文石晶须。

Abstract:Aragonite whiskers were prepared by carbonization method, lime as raw materials, which was pretreated and calcined from marble talings, and magnesium chloride as a crystal control agent. The phase composition and morphology of the samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and optical microscopy. The effects of temperature, MgCl2 concentration, and lime dosage on the aragonite crystal content and the whisker morphology were studied. The results show that aragonite whiskers with a length of 40~50 μm, a diameter of 2~3 μm and a length-diameter ratio of 13~18 can be prepared when the temperature is 80℃, the concentration of MgCl2 is 0.2 mol/L and the dosage of quicklime is 6 g/L.
