菱镁矿浮选体系中金属离子对脉石矿物可浮性影响研究进展

摘    要:浮选法是提纯菱镁矿的重要方法,在浮选体系中矿浆中的金属离子对菱镁矿与脉石矿物的分离有较大的影响。综述了金属离子对菱镁矿中脉石矿物石英、白云石及滑石的可浮性影响,分析了金属离子对菱镁矿中脉石矿物的影响途径及影响机理。在菱镁矿的浮选过程中金属离子主要是通过改变脉石矿物表面的润湿性、Zeta电位及形成金属络合物吸附在矿物表面抑制浮选药剂与脉石矿物作用等三种方式改变脉石矿物可浮性。金属离子对菱镁矿中脉石矿物可浮性影响可以通过改变浮选药剂种类、添加药剂与金属离子发生络合或沉淀等方法消除。

Research Progress on the Effect of Metal Ions on the Floatability of Gangue Minerals in Magnesite Flotation System

Abstract:Flotation is an important method for the purification of magnesite and the separation of magnesite and gangue minerals is greatly affected by metal ions in flotation system. The effect of metal ions on the floatability of quartz, dolomite and talc in magnesite is reviewed, and the influence path and mechanism of metal ions on veinite minerals in magnesite has been analyzed. In the flotation process of magnesite, metal ions effect the action of flotation reagent and gangue mineral mainly by changing the surface wettability, Zeta potential of gangue mineral surface and forming metal complex adsorbed on mineral surface to change the floatability of gangue minerals. The effect of metal ions on the floatability of veinite minerals in magnesite can be eliminated by changing the type of flotation reagents and adding reagents to complex or precipitate with metal ions.
