| 摘 要： | 与传统的管理信息系统的研究方法不同，对虚拟企业管理信息系统的研究需要考虑基于面向对象方法学，提供分布、异构环境的精确定义和研究者不同视点等多方面的问题。为此，探索性地提出了将RM—ODP应用于虚拟企业管理信息系统的研究，介绍了其概念与组成内容，重点介绍了应用RM—ODP建立虚拟企业管理信息系统企业规约、信息规约、计算规约、工程规约、技术规约的方法与过程。

| Abstract: | In ordor to realize information management of the virtual enterprise, it describes the difference with normal management information system in object oriented, definition of distribution and diversity construction. It uses RM - ODP in information management of the virtual enterprise, proposes the concept and main project, presents the enterprise appointment, information rule, calculation arrangement, engineering and technology agreement. |
