| Abstract: | Water resources is the important infrastructure industry of national economy development and water resources in the 21st century is confronted with onerous tasks. In order to adapt to new roles in the new situation, we have to successfully deal with several relationships with new concept, including that between water and natural eco-environment, economic development and water resources, water consumption and water pollution prevention and treatment, flood control structure and non-structures, water resources development and water resources management. |
