| 摘 要： | 针对Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ飞速发展的新形势，近年来我国相继颁布实施了一系列信息安全保密方面的法规制度，但还需要不断充实完善。为此要提高认识，加强领导，把信息安全保密立法真正提上议事日程。同时搞好规划，调整结构，建立具有我国特色的信息安全保密法制体系，力争早日建成我国信息安全法规体系。

| Abstract: | China has formulated and implemented a series of regulations and provisions on information safety and secret-keeping due to rapid development of Internet. But the legislation requires continual perfection and improvement. Therefore, we have to build awareness, strengthen leaderships, and add the information safety and secret keeping legislation to daily schedule. At the same time, we have to work hard on planning and adjust structure to establish information safety and secret keeping legal system with Chinese characteristics. |
