| Abstract: | Basing on objective requirement of social and economic development to water and soil conservation, the paper proposes to change mind, adjust thoughts, define objectives, take effective measures and promote water and soil conservation and eco-environment construction throughout the country in a down-to-earth manner by summing up sound practice and successful experience in water and soil conservation and eco-environment construction in the past three years. |
