| Abstract: | In prospect to the 21st century, the Yellow River encounters opportunities and challenges at the same time and faces three issues of flood threat, water shortage and zero flow, degradation of eco-environment. The paper strategically analyzes thoughts and layout of the Yellow River harnessing and development basing on summarizing past experience of harnessing the Yellow River. |
