| 摘 要： | 水利信息化是水利现代化的基本标志和重要内容。近年来我国水利信息化建设取得了长足的发展，但尚不能满足现代水利的要求。今后我国水利信息化建设重点分类一个层次：一个国家水利基础信息系统工程建设，二是基础数据库建设，三是水利综合管理信息系统建设。

| Abstract: | The information-based water resources is the basic symbol and an important label of water resources modernization. In recent years, the information construction in water sector has achieved great progress but that still cannot meet the demand of modern water resources. The key points of the construction of the information-based water resources in China can be divided into three stages. The first stage is the construction of basic information system of water resources and the second is the construction of basic database and the third the construction of comprehensive management information system of water resources. |
