| Abstract: | Development is the first task of enterprise. The basic channels that enterprise seeks continued development are to found learning type enterprise all-sidedly,and to train management troops,professional technical talent troops and staff troops with high quality and high ability with great efforts. In practice,we should grasp three crucial links firmly,that is,to train talent,attract talent,and make good use of talent,and implement the specific work of founding learning type enterprise. |
