建筑并不高．仅有10层，但看起来非常华丽、高贵和重要。它反射出天空的颜色、有时融入天空、有时则将天空放大。只有在近处才能看到立面的装饰并不少。建筑从一侧看像是有着露天楼梯的塔楼．从另一侧看则连接着平面为梯形、较为矮小的另一部分．这一部分在造型上支撑着平滑的塔楼。

The building is not very high, it has only 10 floors, but it appears magnificent, noble and important. It reflects the color of the sky, sometimes it gets lost in it and sometimes it magnifies it. Only from up close it is obvious that it is not so undecorated. It seems as if a tower of an open staircase sails out of the smooth mass on one side, and from the behind a smaller, lower part adjoins it, subsiding into a trapezoid layout, giving the smooth tower its support.
