理想与现实——内部空间与外观在改造过程当中．我们时常惊诧于建筑始建时低劣的工艺水平。脱掉外表面灰泥层之后的房屋被投资者形容为“像蜂窝一样的住宅”，由此可以推测当时的经济大萧条对房屋质量产生了很大的影响。帕利奇卡住宅未经修饰的内部空间在反映了住宅诞生时期情况的同时，也体现了它与当今世界的巨大差异。建筑业潜在的无序性、室内空间的”非建筑性”、技术的缺陷．都使得这座重要的构成主义者的作品以一种“蜂窝”般的风格暴露了其轻率的建造追求。

Idealism versus Reality - On Interiors and the Surface
During the reconstruction we observed the courage of the architect and builder, and we were also often surprised by the low-quality workmanship of some of the construction. The investor evaluated the outer masonry after breaking off the plaster to the effect that the ＂house is in some places like a wasps＇ nest. ＂The quality of the building was most likely influenced by the economic depression of the time. The uncovered interior of the Palicka house, which we had the possibility of getting to know during the implementation of this complicated reconstruction, tells us much of the period of its birth as well as of the dissimilarity with the current world. The hidden disorderliness of the building trade, the internal non-construction of the dwelling＇s walls, the displays of technical imperfection and also courage, betray the reckless approach to the construction in the style of a ＂wasp＇s nest＂ even for this significant constructivist work.
