摘    要:提出了一种从熔体中直接纺制丝状合钎料的新方法一回转水纺制丝状合金钎料法,纺制成了φ0.1-0.15mm的HL610锡铅丝状钎料,并详细分析了主要工艺参数对纺丝质量的影响。

Abstract:A new in- rotating-water spinning process to produce the filamentary brazing filler alloys directly from mclten metal has been put forward. The filamentary HL610 brazing filler alloy with the diameter from 0. 1 to 0.15mm has been made by this way. Effect of technological parameters on spinning qualities of the filaments has been analysed in detail.
