| 摘 要： | 对国内某超低头板坯连铸造机使用的两种喷嘴进行了冷态和热态性能的测定，获得了这两种喷嘴的水流密度分布特性和传热系数的函数关系式，为进一步研究二次传热机理和设计合理二冷工艺制度以及喷嘴最佳布置方式打下了基础。

| Abstract: | In the paper.jet density distributions and heat transfer coefficient formula of the nozzles were obtained from the measurement of the cold state and hot state characteristics of two kinds nozzles used in super low head continuous caster.The research results laid a foundation for further optimizing secondary cooling system and arranging form of nozzles. |
