连退炉内炉辊的选择与优化设计

摘    要:推导了连退炉内炉辊为锥度辊时的带钢对中力的表达式,分别介绍总结了带钢对中运行及瓢曲变形的机理.在此基础上,分析了炉辊种类、炉辊形状参数、炉辊表面状态及炉辊热凸度对带钢高速通板技术的影响,并提出了炉辊选择和优化设计的指导原则,以及实现炉辊形状设计定量化的手段.

Abstract:The center position force in strip was deduced when the taper roller was used during continuous annealing process,and the mechanisms of strip center position running and strip buckling were introduced and summarized.On this basis,the influences of roller type,roller shape parameter,roller surface texture and roller thermal crown on the high speed travelling of strip were analyzed,and the guidelines of roller selection and optimization,as well as the implementation method of roller shape design were proposed...
