| 摘 要： | 由于各种原因的影响,斜风道、环风道部位耐火砖在生产5~6年后,斜风道就产生断裂,过顶砖出现剥落;环风道部位耐火砖产生断裂、垮塌,无法进行正常生产。针对斜风道、环风道部部位耐火材料破损情况,通过在预存室和环形气道中采用托砖板把干熄炉炉衬耐火材料分隔开,提出对斜风道、环风道部位耐火材料进行拆除和重新砌筑的方法。一方面能节省耐火材料采购费和施工费;另一方面能节省干熄炉检修时间,使之提前重新投入生产。
