摘    要:上海联合汽车广场工程采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构,主楼三层以上楼面采用了现浇混凝土空心楼盖技术(CBM自稳型空心楼盖技术),内模规格为180 mm×160 mm和150 mm×140 mm两种,截面近椭圆形,使用内模总量约为76 000 m。在施工过程中应严格控制其技术要点,才能真正体现CBM自稳型空心楼盖施工技术的优越性。对该项技术的优点、发展前景及如何进行施工、如何进行要点控制等方面进行详细的阐述。

Abstract:The cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame-the core tube structure is used for the project of Shanghai United Auto Square,and the cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor technology is used for 3 floors above the ground.The size of internal model is 180 mm×160 mm and 150 mm×140 mm,the section is close to ellipsoid,and the internal model amount is about 76 000 meters.During the construction process the technical points should be strictly controled which can truly reflect the superiority of CBM self-stabilized hollow floor construction technology,the paper describes in detail the technology advantages,development prospect,methods of construction and point control.
