炼钢转炉桩筏基础优化设计及分析

摘    要:以炼钢厂房的转炉桩筏基础设计为工程背景,采用Poulos解分析桩土刚度,厚板理论分析筏板,计算得到桩筏基础的总体沉降、差异沉降、桩顶反力、筏板内力等结果。在准确分析的前提下,对桩数、筏板厚度进行优化,板厚由3 m优化为2.3 m,同时减少6根桩,节省造价18.36%,且优化结果能够满足规范的要求。本工程转炉设备已安全投产,优化设计取得了良好经济效益。
