云南柯尔山桥桩基欠深加固设计与实施

摘    要:云南柯尔山桥柱基采用大直径人工挖孔混凝土灌注桩,一柱一桩。设计桩深18 m,实际施工桩深只有15 m,故造成8个桩均欠深3 m。桥身主体工程完工后,要求将该桥墩桩基加固达到原设计承载能力。为此,提出了采用静压钢管桩,为桥梁桩基补增承载能力的加固设计方法。介绍在原桩上植入钢筋,并浇灌成混凝土承台。在承台上建立钢质反力架,利用反力架及液压装置顶升系统将钢管桩压入地下,使钢管桩与土体间的摩阻力及端阻力协同原桩基承力。从理论上分析了静压桩所能提供的补增承载能力值。可为类似工程的加固提供参考。

Abstract:The artificial drilled with large diameter concrete piles were used for Yunnan Keer Hill Bridge.The Designed depth of pile was 18 m,the actual depth of construction was only 15 m,so the pier pile foundation required to reinforce to achieve the original design load capacity.Therefore,static pile was used to make up for the increase in carrying capacity of bridge foundation.This paper describes the implantation of steelbar in the original pile,and poured into a concrete pile cap,on which steel reaction frame ...
