| 摘 要： | 文章主要介绍了中国石化齐鲁股份有限公司胜利炼油厂第三套常减压装置常压炉衬里脱落情况及处理措施,并从腐蚀形貌、操作环境及腐蚀产物几方面分析了衬里脱落的原因,确定衬里脱落主要是由于保温钉受烟气露点腐蚀造成。通过对现有设备结构进行改进,可有效消除衬里脱落的隐患。

| Abstract: | The linging spalling of the furnaces in 3# atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in Shengli Refinery of SINOPEC Qilu petrochem- ical Co.,Ltd and associated corrective measures are discussed.The causes of spalling are analyzed in respect of the corrosion form,operat- ing conditions and corrosion products.It is concluded that the spalling was mainly caused by dew-point corrosion of anchor pins.The spal- ling can be eliminated by improvement of the existing equipment construction. |
