基于振动测试的离心泵故障诊断

摘    要:利用双通道数据采集器对某炼厂三台离心泵进行了振动测试。采用振动能量法和频谱特征法分析,研究发现2号离心泵振动最强烈,通过分析确定了其振动的主要原因是转子不平衡,建议采取减振改造措施。

Abstract:The vibration testing in three centrifugal pump of a certain company is detected with the double channel data collector in this paper. By the way of analyzing the vibration energy and the spectrum characteristic, the result indicates that the vibration in the second compressor is the most intense. The vibration of the second compressor is caused by the imbalance of the rotor, which needs to take reform measures to reduce the vibration.
